About the job

Our client offers exciting opportunities in a versatile production environment. Due to an internal restructuring, the dynamic team is looking for a new team leader for the machine room. In this role, you are responsible for leading and organising the team and have the opportunity to fully utilise your coordination skills.

Your tasks

• Leading and coordinating the team in the machine room
• Monitoring and organising production orders as well as work allocation
• Controlling work progress and ensuring quality and time requirements are met
• Acting as the interface between the team, production management, and other departments

Your profile

• Professional training as a carpenter EFZ in furniture or interior construction or comparable long-term professional experience
• At least five years of leadership experience in a craft or production environment
• Organisational talent with a strong sense of quality and responsibility
• Experience as a CNC machinist is an advantage
