About the job
Project Management Officer with Project Leadership Experience (a)
80% - 100% | Lucerne | Home office possible
Who knows how projects should run with us? In future, you. As a Project Management Officer, you create the foundations for our department, which unites, among others, the military, civil protection and the penal system. You enjoy approaching people and are open to new things: varied, with exchange on site.
Your tasks
- You manage the project portfolio and create the framework conditions for project management: standards, tools and rules on how work and reporting are done. To ensure these are successfully implemented, you work closely with the project managers.
- You lead projects yourself and advise the departments from method selection to planning, so that ideas become viable projects.
- You analyse and simplify processes directly in the departments while building your network. In digitalisation and organisational projects, you also keep an eye on the people affected.
- In tool management, such as SharePoint and M365, you bear responsibility and further develop the solutions. You are the central interface for ICT concerns and coordinate collaboration with IT.
- You prepare, conduct and coordinate procurements. You build the necessary know-how step by step.
Your profile
- You have a higher vocational education or a university of applied sciences degree (e.g. business administration, business informatics) as well as knowledge in project management, acquired through further training (e.g. IPMA Level D, HERMES) or during studies/UAS.
- You bring experience in project portfolio management or are willing to acquire it, and you are familiar with process management (e.g. BPMN).
- You have experience in leading projects and know classical, agile or HERMES-based approaches. You keep the needs of various stakeholders in mind.
- You are proficient in M365 and SharePoint, understand the relationships between data and systems, and enjoy exchanging with the development team.
- You recognise problems early, contribute actively and work together on solutions, even when not everything is clear yet. You are independent, keep an overview and see the departments as your clients.
