Company active in central Valais in the fields of sanitary, heating and technical solutions related to water management, both for buildings and individual villas (new construction and renovations / transformations) is looking for its :

Director

Leading a team of about 20 employees, you assume operational, financial and strategic responsibility for the company. Close to the field, teams and clients, you combine technical expertise, entrepreneurial sense and the ability to give clear direction to the company’s development.

Your main responsibilities

• Ensure the operational, financial and strategic management of the company;
• Supervise the design and implementation of technical solutions, particularly in the fields of sanitary and heating;
• Advise clients and partners through regular presence on site;
• Lead a team of 20 employees by developing their skills;
• Actively contribute to the growth, innovation and sustainability of the company.

Your profile

• Higher education / federal diploma in sanitary or heating trades
• Significant experience in company or entity management
• Proven experience in leading a technical team
• Entrepreneurial sense combining strategic vision and operational pragmatism
• Ability to unite and build trusting relationships.
