Your responsibilities

• You ensure the effectiveness of our quality management system and continuously develop it further.

• You embody a strong service mentality and convince through appreciative, lateral leadership, also in the role of safety officer and hygiene officer.
• You plan, coordinate, and accompany internal and external audits (according to ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 as well as the Ökotex/Step certification) and support the implementation of the resulting measures.
• You assess risks along the process chain (Plan, Do, Check, Act).
• You analyse errors, deviations, and complaints and support the departments in developing sustainable solutions for non-conformities.
• You define, analyse, and further develop quality indicators and create meaningful management reports.
• You promote continuous improvement processes and contribute to the sustainable optimisation of our procedures.
• You develop training materials, conduct training sessions, and ensure the corresponding documentation.
• You regularly review processes and work instructions for currency, efficiency, and effectiveness.

Your profile

• Technical, scientific, or commercial basic education with further training in quality management.
• 2 to 5 years of professional experience in quality or process management, ideally in an industrial or regulated environment.
• Experience in conducting and accompanying audits, certifications, and inspections.
• Knowledge in building, maintaining, and further developing quality management systems.
• Strong process understanding as well as enjoyment in analysing and optimising workflows with experience in process modelling.
• Very good MS Office skills.
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
• Additional qualifications in quality management, occupational safety, or auditing are a plus.
