You ensure that everything runs smoothly at school: You install, configure and maintain hardware and software (focus on iPadOS and macOS), are responsible for account management and system administration for M365, and are the first point of contact in support. You work service-oriented with teachers and external partners, actively contribute to projects, and keep calm even when things get hectic. Communication at eye level and team spirit are simply part of it for you.

You have a solid ICT education (e.g. IT specialist EFZ platform development) and several years of support experience. The Apple world🍎 is your home – or you want to make it your home soon. You are familiar with accounts, servers, and networks, have a category B driving license, and also use your car for business purposes (mileage allowance). Experience in the educational environment is the icing on the cake.

The primary school with six school units (including one small group school), 58 classes, 24 kindergartens, and a music school is one of the largest primary schools in the canton of Zurich with around 1,600 students and around 370 employees.
