This is how you can contribute
* Collaborate on the implementation and further development of the courses "Cyber Defence" and "ICT Systems Specialist Junior" in conception and implementation
* Accompany, motivate, and coach participants in the learning process
* Collaborate on methodology and technology training, support departments in the targeted development of their employees, and develop and conduct your own training sequences
* Plan, coordinate, and execute recruiting and employer branding measures (e.g., hackathons, tech talks, events for promoting women in ICT and Cyber Defence) with the team
* Develop and implement the skills management of the Cyber Command as a team
* Assist in the further development of the ICT Warrior Academy and its offerings, actively shape it, and apply your expertise in practice
What makes you unique
* Completed university degree (Bachelor or Master), preferably in natural, social, or economic sciences (e.g., computer science, mathematics, physics, education, psychology, corporate development, innovation management)
* Independent and structured working style, good comprehension, and holistic thinking
* Open personality, organizational talent, and joy in teaching
* Willingness and interest to engage in ICT and cyber topics, agile working and innovation methods, and corporate development
* Oral and written knowledge of a second official language is desired
