In this versatile and exciting role, you support and relieve the operational units at the location and throughout the company as a receptionist.
You are the first point of contact for visitors, customers, and employees and ensure a professional, friendly, and smooth reception.

Your main tasks:

- First point of contact for all customer concerns
- Reception and care of customers, guests, and partners
- Ensuring continuous reception coverage and service during business hours
- Telephone service
- Various administrative tasks (e.g., email processing, creating telephone lists, etc.)
- Postal services
- Management of access authorizations and badges

Your profile:

- High flexibility and commitment at the locations Bern, Burgdorf, and Langenthal
- Completed commercial training or training in the service sector
- Professional experience in a comparable role
- Strong communication skills, service-oriented personality
- Confident German and English skills in communication and correspondence
