E-Commerce is ready at ALBIRO. Now we want to really get started.

At ALBIRO, much is already in place: webshops, products, SAP, interfaces and processes. The basics work well in B2B, and much is also set up in B2C. Now we are looking for you, a clever person who will make more of it – pragmatic, technically skilled and eager to get stuck in.

The position is newly created and offers plenty of scope for design. You will take on a central role in E-Commerce across three subsidiaries and bring the missing know-how into the company. You will work independently, think entrepreneurially and develop our existing solutions step by step. With increasing experience, you will take on additional responsibility in B2B and new customer projects.

Your task

You are the central contact point for our E-Commerce and ensure that our webshops function smoothly in everyday operations, that products and content are up to date and that orders run smoothly.

Your tasks include, among others:

Technology & Operations

• Technical support and further development of our webshops across three subsidiaries
• Ensuring smooth daily business around products, content, orders, interfaces and processes
• First-level support as well as analysis and pragmatic resolution of errors – independently or together with our external partners
• Close cooperation with our external, English-speaking Magento partner
• Maintenance and care of articles as well as the POS solution Magestore

B2C & Online Sales

• Initially focusing on B2C, with a perspective to also support B2B E-Commerce (Magento/Zugseil)
• Implementation and management of campaigns, promotions and clearance sales
• Analysis of shopping cart abandonment and customer behaviour with Google Analytics and implementation of appropriate measures
• Increasing visibility and reach, especially through SEO
• Support and further development of B2C newsletters

Further Development & Know-how

• Further development and optimisation of our Magento webshops
• Bringing in E-Commerce know-how and building corresponding competencies within the company

What you bring

You do not have to be a finished E-Commerce professional. Curiosity, technical understanding and a willingness to get things done are more important. You recognise problems, think along and do not spend long looking for responsibilities but for solutions.

• Interest in E-Commerce, webshops and digital solutions
• Technical affinity and enjoyment of systems, interfaces and data
• Experience in E-Commerce, ideally also with SAP; Magento experience is a plus
• Ideally knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO or digital marketing
• Enjoyment in getting to the bottom of errors and implementing solutions
• Independent, pragmatic and reliable working style with a high degree of personal responsibility
• Entrepreneurial thinking and a good sense for customers, customer journey and revenue
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in collaborating with internal teams and external, English-speaking partners
• Good German and English skills
