Arbonia is an innovative full-range supplier in the field of interior doors made of wood, glass and metal. The company, listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange, operates with its own sales companies in a leading position as a supplier in Western, Central and Eastern Europe. The main production sites are located in Switzerland, Germany, Poland, Spain, the Czech Republic, Portugal and France. In total, around 3,800 employees work at Arbonia.
As Deputy CHRO & Head of HR Services, you will take on a key role in our corporate group. You are responsible for the group-wide further development of HR Services and support the CHRO in strategic matters and cross-functional transformation projects. As part of our succession planning, the position offers you the prospect of eventually taking on the role of CHRO.

Your Tasks
- Further development of HR administration into a group-wide, service-oriented HR services organisation
- Harmonisation and standardisation of HR processes along the employee lifecycle and establishment of clear responsibilities as well as modern service standards
- Leadership and development of the teams assigned to you, including payroll and HR administration
- Responsibility for the strategic further development of our international HR system landscape with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors
- Management of international system roll-outs and promotion of the digitalisation of end-to-end HR processes
- Responsibility for HR controlling, personnel cost planning, forecasts, KPI systems as well as group-wide HR reporting
- Further development of meaningful management dashboards and data-based decision-making foundations
- Representation of the CHRO in selected projects, committees and strategic initiatives
- Co-design of the group-wide HR strategy and support of transformation, integration and M&A projects from an HR perspective
- Trusted sparring partner for group management, management, HR, finance and IT
Your Profile
- Completed studies, for example in business administration, economics or human resources, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of leadership and management experience in an international corporate environment, ideally in an industrial company
- Comprehensive experience in managing and further developing HR services, HR operations or shared service organisations
- Proven success in harmonising, digitalising and transforming HR processes
- Sound knowledge in HR controlling, personnel cost planning, KPI management, people analytics and management reporting
- Experience with modern HR system landscapes, ideally SAP SuccessFactors, as well as in managing complex transformation and digitalisation projects
- Good understanding of international payroll, shared service and governance structures
- Strategic and entrepreneurial leadership personality with a hands-on mentality, strong implementation skills and pronounced analytical abilities
- Confident communication at management and executive level as well as the ability to win over different stakeholders for common goals
- Fluent German and English skills and willingness to be regularly present in the companies and at the headquarters in Switzerland (travel share approx. 40-50%)
- Place of work and focus of activity are in Germany
