We are establishing our location in Sursee and are looking for someone to actively develop the local market. You approach companies, expand your network, win new clients and candidates, and develop long-term partnerships from this.

What you will achieve with us

• You actively build Adecco’s presence in the industry in Sursee and the surrounding area and position us as a strong partner for companies in the region

• You identify interesting companies, address decision-makers directly, and turn new contacts into long-term clients

• You spend a lot of time out in the market, with clients, network partners and regional companies

• You bring clients and suitable talents together and personally support both sides

• As the business grows, you also develop the location and the team further

• You get the freedom to shape the Sursee branch with your personality, your ideas and your network

• You are really enthusiastic about recruiting, acquiring new clients and market development

• You enjoy approaching people and can win clients for yourself and your solutions

• Ideally, you know the Sursee/Central Switzerland economic region or can quickly build a network there

• You already have experience in recruiting or personnel services, or you bring strong sales experience and enthusiasm to enter this business

• You don’t just want to take on a job, but to build something that grows visibly

• Sales and service DNA and a genuine sense for client needs

• Leadership qualities that inspire people

• Entrepreneurial thinking and eagerness for responsibility

• Passion for recruiting and building a strong candidate pool

• A completed education – ideally in a commercial or related profession, experience in recruiting is an advantage

• Good IT skills – you feel at home with digital tools and CRM systems

• Solid language skills in German and English – for professional exchange with clients, candidates and colleagues
