At our Niederbipp location, we are looking for a

Field Service Employee Inventory Medical Technology (m/f/d) 100%

• Independent planning and coordination of inventory appointments in hospitals throughout Switzerland

• Conducting inventories and stocktaking of medical technology products on site

• Analysis and resolution of inventory discrepancies together with contacts in the hospitals

• Preparation of inventory reports and documentation of results

• Performing software updates on medical technology products as well as support with product exchanges and returns

• Maintenance and care of customer contacts in German and ideally French, Italian or English

• Completed vocational training, ideally in logistics, technical or commercial fields

• Independent, reliable and structured way of working

• Analytical thinking skills and a strong solution orientation

• Good MS Office skills and experience with ERP systems are an advantage

• Good command of German, spoken and written; additional language skills (FR/IT/EN) are an advantage

• Driving licence category B and willingness to travel within Switzerland
