In nine municipalities in the Leimental region, we offer inpatient and outpatient care and support services. This offering is complemented by the possibility of semi-inpatient stays in the senior day and night centre. The Blumenrain Foundation is shaped by around 300 employees who act independently in the interest of the community. To strengthen our Spitex Solothurnisches and Mittleres Leimental we are looking for a:

Employee for Deployment Planning Spitex (60% - 80%)

Your tasks with us:

• Ensuring telephone availability during opening hours

• Creation and ongoing adjustment of deployment and tour planning taking into account the needs of our clients and the available personnel resources

• Competent contact person for clients, relatives and external institutions regarding questions about the planned deployments

• Administrative handling of client admission and discharge processes

• Preparation and checking of monthly invoices

• Contact person for user questions related to the software used

Our expectations of you:

• Commercial vocational training

• Professional experience in the outpatient sector is an advantage

• Motivated, team-oriented and communicative personality

• Independent, reliable and responsible way of working

• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
