Area of activity:
- Management of the training department with responsibility for planning, coordination and continuous optimisation of all processes.
- Complete organisation of the PPE training from customer inquiry to follow-up (order confirmations, correspondence with customers, instructors and participants, management of registrations, creation of participant lists, course materials and certificates as well as organisation of catering).
- Further development of the training department through process optimisation, development of new offers and ensuring a high quality of service.
- Acquisition and network maintenance to gain new customers as well as to expand and maintain long-term customer relationships and partnerships.
- Personnel administration as well as payroll accounting and organisation of internal training.
- Close cooperation and coordination with other company departments.
- Telephone service, mail processing and management of the central e-mail address.
Your profile:
Core requirements
- Completed vocational training (preferably in the commercial field) with several years of professional experience.

- Strong organisational talent as well as an independent, structured and proactive working style.
- Enjoyment in taking on responsibility as well as strong time and priority management.
- Communication skills, high customer orientation and confident appearance.
- Reliable, precise working method.
- High willingness to learn and openness to new topics.
- Team spirit as well as a positive and service-oriented personality.
- Very good oral and written German skills.
Additional qualifications
- English and French skills are an advantage.
- Category B driving licence is an advantage.
