Your tasks
- You answer written customer enquiries by e-mail and chat on topics such as usage, invoices and offers. You always communicate in German, French and English in a solution-oriented and customer-focused manner
- You take care of administrative tasks such as processing fuel receipts, subscription changes and cancellations as well as other customer-related processes
- You are an important interface within Mobility, coordinating customer feedback and forwarding concerns to the right departments
- In our value stream organisation, you work closely with interdisciplinary teams of product managers, developers, analysts and other specialists and contribute to the further development of our processes and the customer experience
What you bring with you
- You have a commercial education and experience in customer service, customer correspondence or administrative tasks
- You speak fluent German and have French and English skills at level B2
- You work in a structured, reliable manner and enjoy working at the interface between customers, processes and various departments
- Your strong service orientation and solution-focused thinking distinguish you and motivate you to always find the best solutions for our customers
