An independent and service-oriented specialist is sought to manage the internal IT system landscape. You ensure the reliable operation of IT workstations, servers, and cloud services and support employees with technical concerns.
You take responsibility for the administration and optimisation of the IT environment, participate in technical projects, and coordinate maintenance work as well as external partners. You bring in your experience to continuously improve existing processes and systems.
Responsibilities:
Support and administration of client, server, and cloud systems including Microsoft 365
Management of user accounts, access rights, and mobile devices with Entra ID and Intune
Monitoring of IT infrastructure as well as analysis and resolution of technical faults
Implementation of IT security measures and support during internal audits
Planning and coordination of installations, maintenance work, rollouts, and migrations
Management of IT assets, licences, and configurations as well as coordination with external service providers
Qualifications:
Completed training in the field of computer science, ideally with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ)
Several years of experience in system administration and IT support
Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, as well as handling clients and servers
Experience with IT security requirements, permission management, and technical documentation
Structured and independent working style as well as good communication and coordination skills
Very good German language skills in spoken and written form; further training in computer science is an advantage
