Export Specialist 80-100% (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
You process export orders taking into account national and international regulations.
You coordinate international transports with freight forwarders and other service providers.
You ensure the correct preparation of export and accompanying documents.
For free trade agreements, you clarify origin requirements and customs benefits.
You support internal departments with questions regarding cross-border goods traffic.
You prepare customs and compliance controls and accompany corresponding audits.
You regularly check the performance of external logistics partners on site.
You evaluate process deviations and implement improvements together with those involved.
Qualifications:
Completed apprenticeship with a focus on export, foreign trade, logistics or freight forwarding.
Professional certificate as a foreign trade specialist, export specialist or customs specialist is an advantage.
Professional experience in export processing and international logistics.
French language skills at B1 level are welcome.
Experience with ERP, transport and customs software, preferably SAP and AEB or GTS.
Good knowledge of Swiss customs law, preference processing and goods origin.
Analytical thinking, reliable working style and willingness to travel about 10%.
Fluent German and good English skills.
