About the job
Limeco is responsible for wastewater management in the Limmat Valley. The catchment area of the Limeco wastewater treatment plant covers ten towns and municipalities with an area of around 45 square kilometres, over 90,000 inhabitants, as well as numerous industrial and commercial enterprises in a growing metropolitan area. Considering wastewater treatment as an overall system of sewer network, wastewater treatment plant and water bodies, the wastewater management division is committed to climate-resilient and smart urban drainage to protect water bodies and the quality of life in the Limmat Valley.
We are now looking to strengthen our Urban Drainage team with a practical and proactive personality. Do you appreciate a varied, independent and long-term job? As a Project Manager for Urban Drainage, you will take on project responsibility for future-proof wastewater infrastructures.
Project Management for Urban Drainage 80-100%
Your tasks
- You lead surveys and rehabilitation projects in the association network
- You represent the client Limeco in projects
- You prepare tenders (submissions), specifications and contracts and apply for the corresponding awards
- You also work on V-GEP projects in the areas of extraneous water, hazard prevention and financing
- You develop concepts, decision-making bases and process guidelines for operations and municipalities
Your background
- You have an engineering degree, preferably in civil or environmental engineering
- You have conceptual and practical understanding of modern urban drainage and rainwater management
- You are accustomed to dealing with authorities, specialist planners and construction management teams
- You are eager to actively shape the future of Limeco and urban drainage in the Limmat Valley with us
