.NET / PHP Developer

Your environment

Our development team designs Naef’s business applications and client portals (tenants, co-owners, professionals) around our real estate ERP Quorum. We develop in .NET (C#) and PHP (Laravel), and artificial intelligence is part of our daily routine: we code with Claude and AI assistants, and we integrate AI into the tools we deliver.

Your missions

• Design and develop web and business applications in .NET (C#) and PHP (Laravel), interfaced with Quorum and other internal programmes,
• Develop features that use AI: integration of AI APIs, agents, MCP servers, business process automation,
• Work daily with AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Codex, etc.), ensuring the quality, security, and review of the produced code,
• Participate in the full project cycle: design, development, testing and validation, documentation, deployment, and monitoring of evolutions,
• Maintain existing applications, including some legacy WinDev applications, and provide second-level support.

Your profile

• Developer diploma in computer science (CFC, ES, HES) or equivalent training,
• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role,
• Very good command of C# / .NET and/or PHP / Laravel, as well as SQL; knowledge of a modern front-end framework (Blazor, Vue, React, etc.) is an asset,
• Proven practice of AI-assisted development (Claude Code, Codex, etc.): you know how to formulate precise instructions, manage an agent, and critically review generated code,
• Strong interest in applications based on LLMs (agents, MCP, RAG) and sensitivity to data confidentiality and security issues,
• Knowledge of the real estate sector (property management, condominiums, brokerage) would be a plus, as well as proficiency with the Quorum software,
• Some knowledge of WinDev is appreciated for maintaining existing applications,
• Autonomy, sense of responsibility, good organisational skills, and technological curiosity.
