Role:
A technically broadly skilled person is sought to support and further develop versatile IT infrastructures in the business customer environment. The activity includes classic server and network infrastructures as well as modern Microsoft cloud services, security and communication solutions.
Responsibilities:
Support of Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualisation and storage.
Administration of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID.
Implementation of security, backup and recovery concepts.
Support of monitoring, remote management and telephony solutions.
Execution of migrations, system integrations and automations.
Evaluation and introduction of new technologies and AI solutions with practical benefits.
Qualifications:
Completed training in computer science, ICT system technology or comparable qualification.
Solid experience with IT infrastructures for business customers.
Good knowledge in several areas such as Windows Server, VMware/Hyper-V, network, firewall, Microsoft 365 and backup.
Analytical and independent working style as well as enjoyment of technical challenges.
Knowledge in PowerShell, Veeam, 3CX, endpoint security, Linux or technical project management is an advantage.
Good German.
