Responsibilities:
Managing complex export orders from order to shipment
Preparation and verification of international trade and customs documents
Handling letters of credit, certificates of origin, and preference documents
Support with customs tariff classifications for different sales markets
Assessment of export-relevant requirements for international customer orders
Technical coordination with customers, service partners, and foreign subsidiaries
Organisation of customs documents for international trade fair activities
Monitoring timely and correct order processing
Qualifications:
Commercial apprenticeship with further training in export or foreign trade
Several years of professional experience in export processing and international trade
Sound knowledge of customs and export law
Confident handling of rules of origin, preference certificates, and export documents
Experience with international payment terms, especially letters of credit
Independent working style with complex export transactions
High service orientation and strong solution focus
Very good German and good English skills, spoken and written
