About the job
Duration: 6 months – from June to November 2026
Your tasks
- Work as a ranger: You provide guests with information about the animals, lead school classes and adult groups through the park, and take on control tasks. Training for this takes place in the first four to six weeks.
- Various information tasks: Creating worksheets for school classes or informational material for teachers as well as assisting in the daily business of the Nature Promotion and Education department.
- Administrative tasks

- Outgoing personality, eloquence, and pleasant manners
- You enjoy interacting with strangers and gladly share knowledge with others. You are open to criticism and eager to develop yourself further.
- Great interest in nature and the native animal and plant world as well as high motivation to independently acquire knowledge in this area.
- High sense of responsibility, great reliability, and a healthy degree of independence.
- Experience as a camp leader or in caring for children and youth groups is an advantage.
Our offer

- Working hours usually from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with an expectation of about one to two weekend days per month.
- Compensation depending on age and experience between CHF 1,100.- and 2,200.- per month.
