HR Generalist (m/f/d) 80-100%

Your tasks …

• Overall responsibility for the personnel area of Eurofins Qualitech AG as well as the entire HR life cycle
• Recruitment of employees from job posting to onboarding
• Personnel administration including payroll preparation and control
• Management of working hours, absences as well as accident, illness and EO cases, and preparation of HR key figures and statistics
• Contact person for employees, managers, authorities, insurance companies and external partners in all HR-related matters
• Support of management in budget, forecast and personnel planning
• Representation of the personnel area in audits and revisions
• Key user in the ERP payroll system and process responsibility for the internal HR process

You bring with you ….

• Commercial basic training with further education as an HR specialist with a federal diploma
• Several years of professional experience as an HR generalist including payroll accounting
• Good knowledge of Swiss labour, social insurance and payroll law
• Independent, structured and precise way of working
• Discreet, reliable and service-oriented personality
• Confident German as well as good English skills in spoken and written form; French skills are an advantage
• Good MS Office skills, experience with relevant ERP/payroll systems is an advantage
