DevOps Engineer Infrastructure Focus (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
You are responsible for the further development of DevOps practices and support development teams in implementing efficient deployment, testing, and release processes.
You design, implement, and optimise CI/CD pipelines to make automated software deployments reliable and efficient.
You actively participate in system design and architectural decisions and work together with software engineers to develop scalable and maintainable solutions.
You coordinate deployments in cloud and on-premise environments and improve deployment processes in terms of stability and user-friendliness.
You support customers with complex technical challenges as part of level 3 support and promote knowledge sharing within the DevOps team.
Qualifications:
You have at least 5 years of professional experience in the deployment and operation of software in cloud and on-premise environments and possess solid knowledge of AWS or Microsoft Azure.
You understand DevOps as a holistic approach to improving collaboration, automation, and continuous software delivery.
You bring extensive experience with Docker and container orchestration technologies such as Amazon ECS or EKS.
You are proficient with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions and at least one scripting language, for example Python or Go, and have experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or Ansible.
You have solid knowledge of various operating systems, experience in system design and architectural decisions, and fluent English skills.
