Head of Cleaning Zurich Maintenance Cleaning (m/f/d)

• Operational and strategic management of the cleaning department
• Leadership, promotion and further development of subordinate employees and team leaders
• Ensuring professional, efficient and high-quality cleaning in all
• assigned areas
• Continuous optimisation of processes, workflows and cleaning standards
• Close cooperation with the caretaking and client departments
• Participation in budget planning, cost control and achieving defined quality and economic targets
• Responsible for the digital cleaning system soobr
• Implementation of smooth maintenance cleaning according to the customer contract
• Material management and monitoring of material consumption
• Support in recruiting cleaning staff and holiday replacements

• Several years of professional and leadership experience in a comparable role
• Strong service understanding and high customer and service orientation
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting combined with a high quality awareness
• High leadership, communication and conflict resolution skills
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
• Good user knowledge of MS Office programmes
• Resilient, flexible and responsible personality with pronounced social skills
• Economic mindset and enjoyment in dealing with employees
• Fluent in German and English
• Active participation in shaping innovations and further development
