To strengthen our Flexible Packaging department, we are looking for an immediate or agreed start date for a:
Flexographic Printer Plastic Packaging (m, 100%)
Your role with us:
- Independently setting up, operating, and monitoring our modern 6-colour central cylinder flexographic printing machine
- Professional printing of production orders according to work instructions as well as performing approvals and in-process controls
- Adjusting printing inks according to colour samples and ensuring and documenting quality and production data
- Mounting and changing printing plates as well as continuous monitoring of print quality
- Carrying out cleaning and simple maintenance tasks while adhering to quality, hygiene, and safety regulations
- Supporting the training of new employees and accompanying trainees
- Active participation in lean management and continuous improvement process (CIP) measures to continuously improve quality, efficiency, and machine availability
- Contributing to a safe, clean, and 5S-organised workplace
You have experience in flexographic printing and enjoy a technically demanding role in a quality-oriented production environment.
You bring with you:
- Completed vocational training as a flexographic printer, print technologist, or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience with central cylinder flexographic printing machines
- Experience handling solvent-based printing inks
- Technical understanding of plastic films and their processing
- Independent, structured, and precise working style
- High quality awareness and sense of responsibility
- Team spirit, resilience, and a solution-oriented personality
- Willingness to work in a two-shift system
- Good German language skills in spoken and written form (at least level B2)
