As a Business Analyst, you connect business departments, IT and other stakeholders. You analyse requirements, design viable solutions and accompany varied client projects from the idea to implementation.

What you will achieve with us

• You collect, analyse and document client requirements in a structured and comprehensible manner.

• You translate business needs into functional and technical specifications, aligned with the methods and processes of our clients.

• You take responsibility for your topics and independently advance them in a dynamic project environment.

• You represent the clients’ perspective and ensure that their needs are central to solution development.

• You work closely in a team and coordinate confidently with internal and external contacts.

What you bring with you

• A degree at HF or FH level in business administration, banking, business informatics or a comparable field

• Several years of experience in business analysis, ideally in the financial industry and in an agile environment

• Sound knowledge of banking

• Experience with classical and/or agile methods; further training or certifications such as SAFe, Scrum or IREB are a plus

• Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a quick grasp

• Clear communication, organisational talent and an independent, solution-oriented working style

• Fluent German and good English skills; additional national languages are welcome
