A container from overseas, a quotation for a customer in Aargau, a contact with the logistics partner in Europe – all threads come together with you. You can expect a varied range of tasks with the prospect of later team leadership. The position starts immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• You procure a wide range of specialties from Europe and overseas.
• You independently manage the entire process – from demand planning to goods receipt inspection in the warehouse.
• You maintain close and regular contact with suppliers and logistics partners.
• You independently handle customer orders from quotation to invoicing.
• You confidently coordinate sales advisors, logistics partners, as well as internal and external departments.

Your profile

• Commercial basic training as well as several years of experience in order processing and purchasing.
• Possibility to take over the management of our internal sales team with 4 – 5 employees in the medium term and thus make the next career step.
• High degree of independence, initiative and assertiveness.
• Proficient use of MS Office applications and an ERP system (Abacus is an advantage).
• Negotiation-level English skills, both spoken and written.
