We are H+O communications Ltd., an established communications agency in the healthcare sector, as well as healthbook, a medical publisher based in Zug. Our focus is on implementing high-quality communication solutions across print and digital media. Our clients mainly come from pharmaceuticals, biotech, diagnostics, and medical technology.
Our interdisciplinary team of IT specialists, graphic designers, consultants, and project managers ensures that our technical infrastructure runs smoothly and that communication in the healthcare sector can be implemented efficiently.
Your tasks
Maintenance and support of the IT infrastructure (servers, clients, printers, and network)
Administration of Active Directory and M365 environments (Teams, Exchange, SharePoint)
Procurement and evaluation of new hardware and its inventory in the system
Efficient and solution-oriented support for technical problems, both via remote maintenance and on-site
Coordination of external service partners
Introduction and training of new and existing employees
Installation and setup of workstations including peripheral devices
Writing and maintenance of operating manuals, checklists, and instructions
Experience in video production and post-production is an advantage
Knowledge in the smooth execution of live streams is a plus
Your profile
Completed training as a Systems Technician EFZ (or equivalent IT qualification)
Proven several years of professional experience as an IT supporter and system administrator
Solid knowledge of Windows environments, Office 365, network protocols, and IT security (e.g. Active Directory, EntraID)
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
