In this versatile role, you will make a significant contribution to the further development of our branches. You will accompany conversion, renovation and shopfitting projects from planning to implementation and ensure that our sales areas are functional, economical and brand-appropriate. In doing so, you coordinate a wide range of stakeholders, keep an eye on deadlines and costs, and make an important contribution to the further development of our stationary sales areas.
To complement our team in Urdorf, we are looking for a committed and independent personality as a Interior Architect 80-100% to start immediately or by arrangement.
What you will achieve:
- You plan and accompany conversion, renovation and smaller construction projects in our branches and ensure smooth implementation
- You coordinate shop-in-shop installations in collaboration with our suppliers and brand partners
- You record existing shop areas and create as well as maintain shopfitting, execution and detail plans
- You support the development and implementation of shopfitting and lighting concepts
- You prepare cost estimates, obtain quotes and develop price comparisons as a basis for decision-making
- You coordinate construction plans and ensure complete project documentation
- You work closely with internal departments, external planners, craftsmen and suppliers
- You take on administrative tasks within the scope of ongoing shopfitting and construction projects
What makes you stand out:
- You have a basic education as a draughtsperson EFZ specialising in architecture or interior architecture
- You bring further training or practical experience in the field of interior architecture, shopfitting or project management
- You have several years of professional experience in a comparable role, ideally in the retail or shopfitting environment
- You have very good CAD skills, preferably in Vectorworks
- You work in a structured, independent manner and keep an overview even with several projects
- You understand how to coordinate different stakeholders and drive projects forward pragmatically
- You have very good German and good French language skills
- You have an interest in design, functionality and the further development of modern sales areas
