Team Leader Day Structure, 90%
The model station SOMOSA offers an inpatient 9- to 12-month intensive treatment programme for adolescents. Our agogically designed employment offer (day structure) plays a central role in competence assessment, stabilisation, career orientation and preparation for the labour market. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed Team Leader Day Structure who will lead the area professionally and personally – with a focus on vocational integration.

Your area of responsibility
- Leadership and coaching: You lead and support a team of work agogues and social pedagogues in the daily work with clients.
- Career orientation as a job coach: You identify the work-relevant skills of the young people, accompany them in the career orientation process (applications, trial apprenticeships, apprenticeship search) and network with IV offices, training companies and the labour market.
- Agogic design: You further develop the day structure modules (media workshop, laboratory, production) – with the aim of preparing young people for work requirements that correspond to the clients’ competence level.
- Interdisciplinary collaboration: You work closely with social pedagogy, psychotherapy and psychiatry. Development goals and support measures are agreed between the areas.
- Organisation: You are responsible for administrative tasks, budget issues and the use of premises.
Requirements profile
- Qualification as work agogue, social pedagogue HF/FH (with a focus on vocational integration) or career counsellor
- Experience in leading teams and working with psychologically burdened young people
- Expertise in career orientation, IV processes and the 1st/2nd labour market
- Leadership skills: Completed further training in leadership or willingness to qualify
- Personality: You are empathetic and can use conflicts constructively. Experience with craft/technical topics is a plus
