Your Tasks
As the Personal Assistant to the Chairman of the Board, you are the control center and manage the dynamic daily business in the Chairman Office. At the interface between work and family, you organize and coordinate the entire range of related activities: from appointment, meeting, and complex travel management to event organization, digital filing, or mail processing to the preparation of board of directors and foundation board meetings – you act as the first point of contact for all concerns of the two Chairmen of the Board and external partners. In your special position of trust, you are also responsible for financial matters. Your classic tasks can be enriched with exciting additional tasks if needed – for example, the administration of the extensive private real estate portfolio or supporting the families during their travels or art acquisitions could expand your already diverse range of duties. You share your office with the Corporate Secretary of the company, to whom you will report and with whom you mutually ensure your representation.
Our Requirements
Your professional background includes a commercial basic education and many years of experience in a C-level assistant role – ideally even in a medium-sized financial or real estate company. Thanks to your organizational talent, your reliability, an eye for detail, and foresight, you maintain an overview even in hectic times and relieve your superior in his daily tasks. With tact, diplomacy, and determination, you occasionally manage to make the seemingly impossible possible in his interest. Your interest in real estate and your willingness to learn drive you to familiarize yourself with new subject areas. In the fast-paced daily routine of the Chairman's Secretariat, flexibility, a proactive working style, and trustworthiness are your secrets to success. You are IT-savvy and have excellent German and English skills. With your positive charisma, your enthusiasm, and a touch of humor, you are the ideal support for the Chairman and ensure smooth operations in the secretariat. You also master new, unforeseen tasks with a cool head and enthusiasm.
