For our Rehabilitation Center St. Gallen, we are looking for an immediate start for a

• Responsible for the high-quality care and support of our patients and accompany them for several weeks on their rehabilitation journey
• Accompany, advise, and train the nursing teams. Conduct practical days with the nursing professionals – "On the job teaching"
• Patient education
• Interdisciplinary and multiprofessional collaboration
• Participation in projects and working groups

• Training as a certified nurse HF / FH
• Certified wound expert SAfW and/or NDK stoma, continence, and wound care or an equivalent recognized further education, or willingness to attend such further education
• Experience in caring for neurological, internal oncology, and cardiological patients is an advantage. As a hospital-adjacent rehabilitation center, you are familiar with processes in an acute hospital
• Leadership skills, innovative spirit, and willingness to manage and support development processes
