Your tasks
- Responsible for the high-quality care and support of our patients and accompany them for several weeks on their rehabilitation journey
- Accompany, advise, and train the nursing teams. Conduct practical days with the nursing professionals – "On the job teaching"
- Patient education
- Interdisciplinary and multiprofessional collaboration
- Participation in projects and working groups
Your profile
- Training as a certified nurse HF / FH
- Certified wound expert SAfW and/or NDK stoma, continence, and wound care or an equivalent recognized further education, or willingness to attend such further education
- Experience in caring for neurological, internal oncology, and cardiological patients is an advantage. As a hospital-adjacent rehabilitation center, you are familiar with processes in an acute hospital
- Leadership skills, innovative spirit, and willingness to manage and support development processes
