To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed, friendly and proactive personality who, as a Management Assistant, supports our pastoral area management in the administrative area and at the same time enjoys actively shaping our digital work processes.

Your tasks

• Support of the pastoral area management in all administrative and organisational matters
• Independent handling of the usual secretarial tasks as well as correspondence and appointment coordination
• Organisation and preparation of meetings and discussions as well as taking minutes
• Creation, maintenance and further development of workflows and guidelines
• Supervision and management of online tools
• Creation and preparation of documents and presentations

You bring with you

• A commercial basic education and ideally experience in a comparable function or the motivation to attend the necessary further training courses
• A positive, reflective and open attitude towards the Catholic Church
• Very good knowledge of common Microsoft Office applications and enjoyment in familiarising yourself with new tools and systems
• Organisational talent, reliability and a good sense of priorities
• Friendly manners, communication skills and team spirit
• Discretion and a sense of responsibility in dealing with confidential information
