About the job

In this position, you take responsibility for the entire school operation at the locations Zurich, Bern, and St. Gallen as well as for operational areas such as organization, planning, management, personnel, finance, and strategic collaboration. Together with program support, educational counseling, and other departments, you ensure the quality, organization, and further development of our offerings.

Your main workplace is Zurich, occasionally also Bern and St. Gallen.

Your task

• Management and further development of the school operation at all HBB locations including ensuring efficient processes, stable procedures, and a professional program and, secondarily, reception team.
• Leadership, support, and development of administrative staff as well as close cooperation with lecturers, students, and central service departments.
• Responsibility for budget, finances, and target achievement, including monthly controls, initiation of measures, and participation in the debtor and budget process.
• Support of educational counseling and participation in strategic projects, including advisory discussions, admission decisions, information events, and close cooperation with marketing and overall school management.

You bring with you

• Experience in Higher Vocational Education as well as solid knowledge in planning, organization, administration, and examination procedures.
• Leadership skills and experience in personnel management as well as a customer- and service-oriented, reliable working style.
• High digital affinity, especially for modern technologies and AI-supported tools.
• Strong personal and social skills: communication strength, networked thinking, openness to new things, organizational talent, resilience, and independence.
