Automation/Electrical Engineer 80-100% (m/f/d)
Tasks
- Systematic optimisation: In the Siemens PCS 7 control system, you carry out targeted process optimisations and continuously develop existing automation solutions. This ensures stable processes and high plant availability
- Getting to the bottom of faults: Troubleshooting as well as systematic analysis and sustainable elimination of error causes are also part of your responsibilities. Technical understanding and a structured approach are required
- Accompany projects from A to Z: You are responsible for technical projects in the field of process automation and plant optimisation from conception and planning to successful implementation and commissioning
- Keeping an eye on everything: In your projects, you coordinate internal departments as well as external partners and suppliers. You always keep quality, deadlines and costs in view
- Further developing technology: New technologies and innovative automation solutions are evaluated by you and integrated into our production environment. You continuously develop existing systems and contribute your own ideas for technical improvements
- Increasing safety and efficiency: With targeted expansions and modernisations, you help to continuously increase the plant safety, availability and efficiency of our paper production
Profile
- Education & expertise: You have completed training in electrical engineering, automation or MSR as well as further training at HF or FH level, for example as a technician HF or electrical/automation engineer FH
- Automation & process control technology: Sound knowledge in automation and process control technology is part of your professional toolkit - ideally with Siemens systems such as PCS 7, STEP 7, TIA Portal, WinCC or S7 Classic
- Drive, measurement & control technology: You also bring knowledge in drive technology as well as measurement and control technology. Experience with complex process or production plants is a great advantage
- Practical orientation: In addition to conceptual and technical work, you like to get involved yourself and work directly on our plants if necessary. CAD skills are an additional plus
- IT competence & digital affinity: You move confidently in digital environments and have good IT skills. Experience with networks, interfaces and data communication, for example OPC, is an advantage
- Responsibility & independence: You are characterised by a structured, solution-oriented and independent way of working. You take responsibility, set priorities and make well-founded decisions
- Communication & collaboration: You can convey complex technical issues understandably and bring together different internal and external contacts in a targeted manner. This contributes to the successful implementation of our projects
