We are looking for our branch in Mont-sur-Lausanne for 1 January 2027 or by agreement:

An After-Sales Service Technician

Your challenges:

• Troubleshooting and commissioning of our products
• Diagnose, analyse faults, identify causes of malfunctions and carry out necessary repairs
• Assembly, repair and follow-up, respecting quality and safety standards
• Create and monitor files in our IT system
• Contact with our professional customers
• Work closely with the technical team and customer service

Your skills:

• Federal VET Diploma as an electrician or equivalent
• Several years of experience in a technical or electrical field
• A strong liking for customer contact
• A sense of responsibility
• Autonomy and organisation, ability to work independently, manage several tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Good computer skills (MS Office), possibly MS Dynamics AX (Axapta)
• Driving licence essential
