For our headquarters in Dietikon, we are looking for a maternity cover starting July 1, 2026, limited until February 28, 2027, with the option of permanent employment, for the position of
HR Generalist 60% (m/f/d)
In this role, you are part of a collegial and well-coordinated HR team
Your area of responsibility
- Taking on diverse HR topics with a focus on the comprehensive support of the assigned organizational units
- Competent contact person for managers and employees in all personnel-related matters
- Consulting and supporting the line in labor law and procedural HR issues
- Participation in HR projects as well as in the further development and optimization of internal HR processes
- Support of the entire employee lifecycle from entry to exit
(onboarding, changes, departures) - Creation and processing of employment contracts, contract changes, and other HR-relevant documents
- Participation in recruitments, including advising managers and coordinating the selection process
- Maintenance of HR systems and personnel master data as well as support in HR reporting and evaluations
- Close cooperation with internal interfaces (payroll and occupational health management)
Your profile
- Commercial basic training with recognized, specialized HR further education, preferably at the level of HR specialist certificate or equivalent
- Several years of professional experience in a comparably broad HR function with a generalist task area
- Sound knowledge of the central HR processes along the employee lifecycle as well as Swiss labor law, electrical collective labor agreement is an advantage
- Good Abacus user skills as well as confident handling of the entire MS Office suite
- Professional, target group-appropriate appearance towards managers and employees
- Structured, precise, and independent working style
- Responsible, discreet, and service-oriented personality with high reliability
