IT Project Manager
Your Tasks
- Leading IT projects and IT sub-projects while adhering to time, cost, and quality targets
- Technical leadership of project staff, coordination of internal and external stakeholders
- Creating reports and decision-making bases for project and steering committees, representing projects in committees
- Participation in tenders and procurements according to public procurement law
- Analysing and specifying project ideas regarding feasibility, profitability, risks, and success factors
- Developing the project mandate with goals, resources, schedule, costs, approach model, project structure plan, risk plan, and project organisation
- Contributing to the design of BERNMOBIL's digital transformation
Your Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science/Business Informatics with further training in project management or comparable education
- Several years of experience as a project manager in demanding IT projects from various fields, ideally Microsoft, specialised applications, and projects in the SAP environment (SuccessFactors, SAP Analytics Cloud...), preferably with PM certification (e.g. IPMA)
- Initiative, entrepreneurial mindset with technical leadership skills, strong communication, and confident appearance
- Service-oriented working style, high social competence, strategic, solution-oriented, and networked thinking
- Broad knowledge and experience in computer science, communication technologies, processes, and project management methods
- Knowledge and experience in procurements under public procurement law are an advantage
