Your Profile

• You have a completed degree in work and organisational psychology or career and rehabilitation psychology or business psychology
• You are interested in the topic of work and mental health
• You appreciate teamwork, also enjoy working independently and responsibly
• You have joy and interest in developing innovative services in a dynamic environment and feel comfortable in a supportive and humorous team and with diverse clients.
• Preferably, you have professional experience in social insurance, case management, occupational rehabilitation or human resources

Your Tasks

• Assessments: Conducting integration-oriented, occupational psychiatric assessments
• Coaching: Taking on coaching and consulting assignments
• Business Consulting: Conducting and participating in consulting mandates and training assignments
• Optional: Research and Development: possible execution and participation in applied research projects and in the development of tools
