The position is attached to the Department of Clinical Neurosciences . This department provides care to patients of all ages, children and adults, suffering from neurosurgical, neurological, ophthalmological and otorhinolaryngological conditions. Care is adapted to the needs and difficulties of the patient, from the most acute sectors (intermediate care units) to rehabilitation sectors (neurorehabilitation).
The department's objective is to guide the patient towards regaining autonomy through education, support and outpatient follow-up. It ensures both the operation of patients and their support, to promote early return home. In the same spirit, outpatient care is also prioritised and surgical activity optimised to facilitate access to care within a reasonable timeframe.
The Otorhinolaryngology and Cervico-Facial Surgery service provides comprehensive diagnostic, therapeutic and psychological care for patients, newborns, children, adults and elderly people suffering from ENT sphere conditions, ranging from sensory functional disorders (hearing, balance, smell, taste), or motor disorders (facial paralysis, laryngeal paralysis, swallowing disorders) to organic lesions (infectious, malformative, benign and malignant tumours).
Job Description
You coordinate the development, adaptation and maintenance of data management systems, in collaboration with IT teams, to ensure reliable and usable data flows.
You contribute to the continuous improvement of tools and processes for data collection, management and structuring.
You perform the statistical analyses necessary for clinical monitoring, reporting and service projects.
You support medical, clinical and quality teams in interpreting and using data.
You assist the heads of the various service professions with their data, reporting and analysis needs.
You participate in clinical, research and quality improvement projects by providing relevant data extractions and analyses.
Qualifications
Academic training in a health discipline, biostatistics, data science or equivalent.
You have 3 to 5 years of experience in data management (ideally in the health sector).
You have technical knowledge of data management, reporting and statistical analysis software. You also have knowledge in database development and maintenance as well as programming. You are also familiar with accreditation standards in your field of expertise.
You are flexible and able to adapt and manage change.
You have a good level of English (minimum B2) and strong communication skills, both oral and written.
