As a Visual Media Specialist, you are responsible for the professional design and production of our print and digital media. With your eye for aesthetics, functionality and corporate design, you ensure that content is not only implemented cleanly but truly communicated effectively.

In your area of responsibility, you ensure that all visual media are implemented in accordance with the brand, clearly structured and of high quality, from initial layouts to final production.

Your tasks

• Conceptualisation, recording and post-production of video content (filming, editing, post-processing) for digital channels
• Design and production of various print and digital formats (flyers, invitations, presentations, whitepapers, LinkedIn posts, factsheets, social media graphics, etc.)
• Ensuring the consistent application of CI/CD, typography and visual language
• Optimising readability, user-friendliness and visual consistency through targeted use of colours, graphics and polygraphy
• Ongoing review and further development of our visual media standards as well as evaluation of new tools and trends
• Support in web publishing as needed

What you bring

• Experience in graphic design, media technology, polygraphy or visual communication design
• Confident use of common design and publishing tools
• Strong eye for colours, typography, visual language, video and structured design
• Ability to plan and implement projects independently and to meet quality, time and budget requirements
• Enjoyment in collaborating with internal stakeholders from marketing, HR, sales and product & innovation
• Creative, careful and reliable working style
