In this key role, you independently manage your sales area, maintain existing customer relationships, and develop new potentials. You are close to our customers, recognise their needs, and find suitable solutions together with the internal sales team. You convince with expertise, reliability, and open, clear communication.

What you will achieve with us

• Consulting and supporting installers, planners, architects, general contractors, and other partners are part of your tasks.
• You actively maintain existing customer relationships and purposefully expand your network in the sales area.
• You recognise new market opportunities early and win additional customers.
• You process and accompany offers and orders together with the internal sales team.
• You actively follow up on offers and orders and ensure smooth processing.
• You handle exciting projects in your sales area, including pre-sales.
• You support complaint resolution in a solution-oriented manner.
• You participate in customer events and professionally represent our company.

Your profile

• You have training or experience in the sanitary, building services, construction, or a related industry.
• Commercial training or sales experience is an advantage.
• You enjoy working independently and in a structured way and gladly take responsibility for your area.
• You communicate confidently in German and Swiss German and present yourself openly, likeably, and confidently.
• You are familiar with MS Office; SAP and CRM knowledge is a plus.
• Ideally, you live in the Bern region.
