About the job
The Adullam Foundation is a leading institution for geriatric medicine, therapy, and care in Northwestern Switzerland. It operates a hospital and an attached care centre each in Basel and Riehen. The approximately 800 employees offer elderly people a regionally unique all-round service from acute medicine through rehabilitation to transitional and long-term care. Holistic care at Adullam includes a high standard of quality, lived humanity, and great respect for old age.
Leadership for you does not begin in the office – but where care is lived.
You are a nursing professional with heart and mind and want to take responsibility without giving up direct contact with our residents? You want to actively shape changes and accompany a team not from a distance but right in everyday life? Then this role could be just right for you.
Together with the residential area manager and two other deputy residential area managers, you form a committed leadership team. Together you continuously develop your residential area over two floors professionally, organisationally, and culturally.
