The Adullam Foundation is a leading institution for geriatric medicine, therapy and care in Northwestern Switzerland. It operates a hospital and an affiliated care centre each in Basel and Riehen. Your Tasks
- You lead your team with presence, heart and professional competence – not just from the office, but in the midst of everyday care.
- You support the residential area manager in personnel, organisational and professional matters.
- You take responsibility in direct care and contribute daily to the quality of life of our residents.
- You promote employees individually and accompany them in their professional and personal development.
- You coach FaGe trainees and HF students and create learning moments that remain memorable.
- You question processes, contribute ideas and actively participate in projects and quality management.
- You help shape our transformation, rethink care and inspire others for change.
- You strengthen an open, appreciative and trusting team culture.
Your Profile
- You have a qualification as a registered nurse (DNII, HF, FH) and ideally experience in long-term care.
- You have already gained leadership experience and ideally have completed a leadership training or are willing to do so.
- You work solution-oriented, take initiative and like to bring in new ideas.
- Changes motivate you – you take action instead of waiting.
- You communicate openly, empathetically and on equal terms.
- You keep an overview and act calmly even in demanding situations.
- Very good German skills and enjoyment in working with digital tools.
- RAI knowledge is an advantage but not a must.
