About the job
The Stiftung SAG is a non-profit organisation based in Schwerzenbach, which implements education and work integration projects for job seekers throughout Switzerland.

We are looking for a Job Coach Work Integration (80%) to strengthen our team from 1 January 2027 or by arrangement (m/f/d):
Job Coach Work Integration (80%)
with a digital mindset and AI competence
The Stiftung SAG sees itself as a creator of a future-oriented learning culture. With the integration of generative Artificial Intelligence (AI), the requirements for coaching in work integration are also changing. Therefore, we are looking for a committed coaching person who actively shapes this change – digitally competent, personally convincing and methodically confident.
Your tasks:
- Prepare, conduct and evaluate solution-oriented individual coaching, support discussions, group and application coaching around the concerns of programme participants and the referring agencies (especially RAV)
- Conduct brief initial interviews with participants (explain programme process)
- Actively support job seekers in using AI tools in the application process (e.g. ChatGPT, CV generators, Microsoft Copilot)
- Gradually introduce participants to digital applications: LMS courses, online research, profile reflection with AI
- Use our internal LMS with targeted courses on the topic of applications (e.g. CV, cover letter, interview, digital tools). Participants complete at least one course weekly to prepare independently – the content is deepened, reflected on and adapted to the personal situation in coaching.
- Organise and coordinate coaching sessions, appointments and weekly planning in collaboration with the specialist departments
- Document and manage coaching processes including goal agreements, reporting, progress documentation and communication with authorities
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with specialist management and German language support
- Contribute to continuous quality development according to cantonal requirements as well as the standards of SVOAM and eduQua
Your coaching role with us – reimagined
With AI and digital learning, your role in the educational process also changes:
- You are a learning companion rather than a knowledge transmitter
- You strengthen self-regulation, critical thinking and digital action competence
- You use the LMS as a didactic tool and create space in coaching for deepening, individualisation and strengthening self-efficacy
- You provide guidance in dealing with digital information and tools – practical, motivating and transparent
What you should bring:
- Completed training in coaching, social pedagogy, social work, work pedagogy or comparable
- Professional experience in work integration or labour market-related coaching
- Experience in project management and interest in sustainability projects
- Confident handling of digital tools – especially AI-supported applications in the application and learning context
- Ability to introduce participants to AI and digital learning forms in a low-threshold and everyday manner
- Willingness to work with MS 365 (including Copilot), LMS and digital learning methods
- Enjoy actively supporting learning processes, promoting digital basic skills and providing guidance – professionally and ethically
- Independent, responsible working style as well as teamwork and communication skills
What we offer you:
- An innovative working environment with a clear vision and scope for design
- Access to digital tools, Microsoft 365 including Copilot, LMS and ongoing professional support
- Further training opportunities, especially in the field of AI in education and work integration
- Collegial collaboration in an interdisciplinary, committed team
- A well-thought-out quality and coaching concept that creates space for development
