Our residential area offers diversified living arrangements and is continuously developing with the aim of realising contemporary support and living forms for people with disabilities and thereby contributing to a high quality of life.

Your tasks

• You accompany the residents in their daily living, ensure participation-oriented support and respect the greatest possible self-determination.
• Your focus is on ensuring that our residents receive professional and individual care daily. You actively participate in needs assessment and the creation of care plans.
• You ensure careful care documentation and assist in preparing for and following up on doctor visits.
• You act as a competent and reliable contact person for relatives and external agencies and advocate for constructive collaboration.
• You actively engage in the team and make a valuable contribution in your role to the whole. This also includes taking on daily responsibility.

Your profile

• You possess proven expertise in the care of people with disabilities (Health professional or HF care specialist).
• You are flexible and also willing to work evening and weekend shifts.
