About the job

Shape the analytics and reporting future of Migros with us: You lead three agile teams, are responsible for the development of data- and AI-based solutions for Customer & Market as well as their operation and the migration of existing systems. As a member of the Analytics, Reporting, Data & Platform leadership team, you actively drive the transformation towards a modern organisation and the Vision 2035.

What you will achieve

• You lead three agile teams, develop employees purposefully, promote a learning, high-performing team culture at eye level, and create conditions for effective, stable delivery
• You work in partnership and pragmatically with your stakeholders, skilfully combining business understanding, modern data and AI technologies, and inspiring leadership to create measurable added value from data
• You use your scope for design and take on a key role in one of Migros’ most important data- and AI-driven transformations
• As a senior servant leader, you create appropriate conditions, design collaboration efficiently and effectively, and ensure transparency regarding benefits, adoption, and business impact
• Your passion for empowering people and shaping transformations is used in a complex environment with dependencies on large projects, diverse stakeholders, and the future-proof design of the analytics & reporting landscape

What you bring

• Education: Completed studies (University/ETH, FH, HF)
• Field: In a scientific or economic area and proven experience in leading teams through transformation
• Professional experience: Several years of experience in the advanced analytics context as well as leadership experience in agile delivery organisations in a complex environment
• You are a convincing, team-oriented leader with excellent communication and presentation skills. You have the ability to quickly grasp complex situations and enable pragmatic decisions
• You have several years of experience in departmental management or a comparable role as well as extensive and profound experience in advanced analytics, machine learning, and agentic AI
• Through your high initiative and implementation strength combined with your experience with modern cloud, data, and analytics platforms as well as agile product development, you ensure high and stable delivery
• Thanks to your leadership, moderation, and social skills, you create clarity, unite different perspectives, and strengthen trust. This way, you successfully shape the transformation even in a demanding environment with high delivery
