For over 35 years, we have been implementing exciting projects for customers from pharma, biotech, chemistry, food, beverages, mechanical engineering, energy & environment, as well as transport & logistics – a total of more than 8,000 successful projects.

Your tasks

Administration and further development of our internal IT infrastructure

Support, expansion, and optimization of existing systems and structures

Evaluation and introduction of new hardware and software solutions

Virtualization with VMware, Hyper-V, and Proxmox

Planning, support, and implementation of diverse IT projects

(including servers, virtualization, Exchange, O365, Azure, networks, backup solutions, security, identity management, ticketing)

Participation in preparation for ISO 27001 certification

Willingness to contribute to customer projects if needed

Our system environment

Operating systems: mainly Microsoft, supplemented by Linux

Virtualization with VMware, Hyper-V, and Proxmox

Terminal server environment

Collaboration via Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, Project Server, Dynamics CRM)

Infrastructure monitoring, central network/firewall management, (I)IDS

Backup and disaster recovery systems, cloud services

Microsoft Azure

Ticketing with Jira Service Management

Your profile

Hard skills

Training as an IT specialist EFZ (system technology or business informatics)

Several years of experience in IT infrastructure administration

Solid knowledge in several of the following areas:

Network, firewall, backup, Microsoft Server & Services, Active Directory, GPO, virtualization

Very good German skills (spoken & written), good English skills

Soft skills

Precise, independent, and structured way of working

Solution-oriented thinking and high personal responsibility

Team player, resilient, and well organized
