HR Assistant 50-60%

VIVIVA Baar AG is a private non-profit company providing services for senior citizens in the canton of Zug. We operate two retirement and nursing homes, day care places, a supervised shared flat and offer outpatient services such as Spitex, meal service, everyday support and transport service. With our offerings, we accompany elderly people through the transition to a new phase of life and support them where it is individually necessary. For the public, we run restaurant operations with banquet facilities. Our over 200 committed and qualified employees and trainees give VIVIVA Baar AG a face and contribute as a competent team to the welfare of society.

We are looking for an HR Assistant (50-60%) to start immediately

• Support in the employee lifecycle (onboarding, changes, offboarding)
• Creation and management of employment contracts, references & other HR documents
• Maintenance of personnel master data as well as support in time and absence management
• Support in the recruitment process (correspondence, interview planning & conducting)
• Reporting of accident & illness cases
• Contact person for employees & line management

• Completed further education in HR (e.g. HR Assistant HRSE or federal HR specialist certificate)
• Several years of experience in a comparable role
• Positive, humorous personality with a hands-on mentality
• Understanding of the culture in the healthcare or nursing sector
• Solid MS Office skills, knowledge of PEP Polypoint & Lobos is an advantage
