Specialist in Costing / Kitchen Tendering (80-100%)

Workplace: Thun, Köniz or Biel (by arrangement)

In this key position, you make a decisive contribution to the success of our major projects by preparing market-oriented, economical and technically sound costings.
Together with sales, you create the foundation for successful project awards.

Your tasks

• Preparation of costings and offers based on plans, specifications and tenders
• Ensuring market-appropriate, competitive and profitable initial offers
• Checking the technical feasibility and plausibility of projects
• Development and elaboration of contractor variants and optimisation proposals
• Supporting sales during the offer phase and in award negotiations
• Close cooperation with sales, architects, general contractors and clients to clarify technical and commercial specifications
• Participation in the further development of costing standards, tools and processes

Your profile

• Commercial basic training or comparable education with a strong affinity for numbers
• Several years of professional experience in a construction-related environment
• Experience in costing major projects is an advantage
• Good knowledge of handling tenders, specifications and plan documents
• Confident use of ERP, CRM and MS Office applications
• Entrepreneurial thinking as well as a strong cost and quality awareness
• Analytical, structured and networked way of thinking
• High degree of personal responsibility, independence and initiative
• Resilient personality with a strong focus on deadlines and results
