Your Area of Responsibility
- You take on a key role in the establishment and further development of an integrated Documentation and Governance Service Center, which serves as a central point of contact for all questions regarding archiving, records management, and information governance
- In close collaboration with IT (eArchive), Compliance, and the Scan Center, you ensure that physical and digital archiving processes are harmonized, legally compliant, and efficiently implemented hospital-wide
- You are responsible for quality assurance throughout the entire document lifecycle – from capture through indexing to audit-proof long-term archiving – and conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance
- You lead an interdisciplinary team, develop training and awareness formats for employees, and drive the continuous optimization of the archiving strategy – with the goal of simplifying information flows, minimizing risks, and sustainably securing knowledge
Your Experience
- You have a completed degree in Information Science, Health Informatics, or a comparable qualification (e.g., Information and Documentation Specialist FH) as well as several years of professional experience in archiving, records management, or information governance
- You bring solid knowledge in the application and implementation of document management systems, are familiar with legal frameworks (e.g., DSG, Archiving Act, EPDG), and ideally have experience in healthcare
- You have already led complex projects, possess strong analytical skills, and understand how to translate technical, legal, and organizational requirements into sustainable solutions
- As a leader, you convince through strategic thinking, strong communication skills, implementation ability, and a high sense of responsibility
